About Us:
Evcone Ireland Ltd. are a fit-out and technical services company specialising in the retail sector.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Services Coordinator for our Technical Services department. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and excellent client service.
You will handle a variety of tasks including coordinating planned maintenance works, reactive and repair works, operate workorder planning software package (CMMS), client and technician coordination, accounts support, purchasing, and project-specific administration. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create weekly schedules and allocate resources (technicians and contractors) for maintenance operations in collaboration with the contract managers.
- Prioritise and allocate resources for urgent maintenance issues.
- Arrange work permits & security attendance.
- Maintain the CMMS; track activities and implement improvements.
- Manage and schedule PPM activities according to client maintenance plan and SLA.
- Upload contractor PPM service reports to CMMS.
- Review PPM service reports and file for manager’s review and potential follow up works.
- Provide phone cover for Technical Services management.
- Compile and Upload quotations to client portals.
- Act as the first point of contact for helpdesk calls and liaise with client teams.
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification in Electrical/HVAC, or relevant technical background.
- Ability to develop a strong network of suppliers and contractors.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Strong communication skills – assertive yet diplomatic.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Fluent English speaker.
Desirable:
- Facilities/maintenance management experience in a retail environment.
Education:
- Leaving Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
