Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Manager (TSM) to lead complex SAP migration and upgrade projects. As an Independent Contractor, you will oversee the entire technical solution lifecycle, from planning and implementation to troubleshooting and optimization. Your role will focus on providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and ensuring the successful integration of SAP solutions with cloud environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive SAP migration and upgrade solutions.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, release conversions, and SAP HANA implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to migrations, performance, and integrations.
• Utilize advanced tools like SUM and DMO for seamless upgrades and migrations.
• Ensure technical solutions align with customer needs and business goals while maintaining SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project delivery across heterogeneous environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cloud providers (Hyperscalers) for integration and performance optimization.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP solutions, with expertise in migration and upgrade projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP HANA, S/4HANA architecture, and related migration tools.
• Strong technical background in cloud integration and experience with Hyperscalers.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as SUM and DMO for SAP system upgrades.
• SAP Migration certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
