The purpose of these role is to improve business outcomes with Quality and Outcome Measures; increase capability through reviews, feedback and coaching and providing technical support to our Claims Operations Teams.

These roles will be full-time, pemanent positions and can be based in Sydney, Newcastle, Parramatta or Gosford offices, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify continuous improvement opportunities through reporting and insights gained from QA and other feedback channels.
Provide support to claims teams with items such as section 39, subsequent liability (for duly made claims on a easonable excuse), retiring age claims etc.
Quality and Outcome measure improvement – coaching completed on at risk claims or where opportunity area is identified with a demonstrated improvement in results.
Improve overall quality of decisions relating to liability/work capacity/PIAWE/weekly payment entitlements and communication through effective training and quality reviews.
Completion of accurate reporting relating to contractual measures/targets/projects/initiatives and coaching outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

Must have sound knowledge of the NSW Workers Compensation Legislation and Guidelines (Case Managers must have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience within NSW workers compensation).
Be able to proactively autonomously and as part of a team.
Ability to develop strong working relationship at all levels across multiple groups and segments within the business.
Legal background is desirable but not essential.
