Job Responsibilities
1) Install and deploy temi’s fleet of robots at customers’ sites
2) Program temi robots for various applications and user experience as required by customers through its web-based fleet management system (no coding required)
3) Conduct training and workshops on the use of temi robots and the use of temi’s web-based fleet management system
4) Provide after-sales technical support to customers via whatsapp calls and/or site visits
5) Troubleshoot and resolve temi’s hardware/software issues at customers’ locations
6) Repair, upgrade and maintain temi’s fleet of robots
7) Work with company’s software engineers to deliver customized solutions to customers
8) Support sales management in demonstrations to customers and at exhibitions
Technical Skills & Competencies Required
1) Passion and drive to work with AI and IoTs
2) Ability to work independently
3) Ability to diagnose and identify issues originating out of hardware &/or software
4) Experience to replace parts in electronic/computer equipment, such as robots, tablets, etc
5) Good verbal and written skills with keen focus on serving customers
Educational Qualifications
1) Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
