About the role

Autronica now has an opportunity for Technical Supervisor, Service Refit (Marine). In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support for sales and bid activities as needed, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to execution by actively participating in handover meetings, conducting detailed technical analyses while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and propose necessary modifications. As a Technical Supervisor you will cooperate closely with the sales team, customers, yards, subcontractors. In this role you will also support the refit closing process, addressing financial, legal, and technical aspects and ensuring client’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Technical Supervisor will be:

  • Provide technical support for sales and bid activities as needed.
  • Participate in handover meetings with Sales team to ensure smooth transition from sales to coordination and execution in the field.
  • Analyse technical requirements and feasibility based on quotes, purchase orders and scope of work.
  • Liaise with customers, subcontractors, sales teams for technical clarifications, modifications and execution plans.
  • Supervise subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with customer and yard and handle technical claims, documentation.
  • Explore upsell opportunities and align on service agreements.
  • Support financial, legal, and technical refit closing processes and participate in process closing meetings.


Qualifications

You demonstrate a customer-oriented attitude, strong problem-solving skills and have a solid technical understanding of Autronica’s systems. You are confident and can manage and build relationships on different seniority levels. You can work independently but can easily cooperate with others. In addition, you can adjust fast to changing situations and own the responsibility for the results. If this is you, get in touch!

  • Education from a technical field combined with relevant work experience.
  • Product knowledge on previous and existing Autronica products.
  • Understanding of Marine & POG Global Business.
  • Technical mindset, analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
