Technical Support Engineer – Solar (Office-Based)

• Receive and log all service calls / complaints from customers in our Solar Care system and track each ticket to closure.
• Remotely monitor plants on inverter portals (Sungrow, Growatt, Solis, Havells, etc.) — check generation, string voltages/currents, error codes, communication loss.
• Troubleshoot online with the customer or site electrician: inverter faults, grid over/under voltage, Wi-Fi/dongle issues, net-meter reading queries, low generation.
• Escalate to the field team with a clear fault diagnosis when a physical visit is needed, and follow up until resolved.
• Raise warranty claims with inverter/module OEMs and track replacements.
• Prepare a weekly service report — open tickets, TAT, repeat faults — for management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
