Home Automation Technical Support Executive (Electronics & Electrical Industry - CCTV)

• Provide technical support for CCTV, home automation, and security systems.
• Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues remotely or on-site.
• Coordinate with field engineers for issue resolution.
• Maintain service reports and customer support records.
• Ensure smooth operation of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, sensors, and automation devices.
• Handle customer queries and provide technical guidance.
