What you’ll do:
Our products have the power to change lives by giving a voice to people with communication challenges. When our customers need help unlocking the potential of Tobii Dynavox technology, our Customer Service & Tech Support Team steps in with savvy, empathy, and enthusiasm.
Are you looking for making an impact in an international organization, helping customers with conditions, such as ALS, Aphasia, Cerebral Palsy and Rett’s syndrome to live more independently? We have an opportunity for you at Tobii Dynavox, where you will be the voice of Tobii Dynavox to our users in UK and Ireland region and partners, also being their advocate in our organization.
Our multilingual Technical Support team are the product experts to whom users, professionals and partners turn to when in need of help. In this experience, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our diverse portfolio of product, therefore you don't need to be an IT expert. However, we greatly appreciate your interest in technology, technical background if you have and your familiarity with using both Windows and Apple products.
As a member of the Technical Support team, you will have a variety of tasks:
  • Assisting customers, partners, and internal colleagues with any technical inquiries and supporting requests about our products.
  • Troubleshooting issues across our hardware and software platforms via phone, email, chat and remote desktop sessions.
  • Assisting customers in understanding our product features, functionalities and best practices, empowering them to resolve issues independently.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, patience, and a commitment to their success, whatever that looks like for them.
  • Contributing to the development of customer support strategies by gathering and documenting customer feedback and feature requests.
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to monitor our social media channels.

We are looking for someone with:
  • Fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Proven experience in working in customer service, technical and product support or customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to interact with developers comfortably while making computer novices (who are new using the technology) feel supported and understood.
What will set you apart?
  • Experience in CRM and ERP systems (such as Salesforce, Visma or Dynamics).
  • Any other languages such as Norwegian, Chinese, German, Swedish, French, Italian or Spanish.
