Please note: This is not a remote work position. There is no possibility for this role to transition to a remote work role. The ideal candidate will need to drive to the office every day, therefore we are looking for a local candidate.

At GPS Tracking Canada, we help companies with vehicles save money on fuel costs, labour costs and increase customer service, by providing vehicle tracking solutions that report live and historical vehicle locations as well as many more features that measure vehicle use, employee productivity and customer service.

JOB DUTIES

· Provide client training and respond to client technical support inquiries via email, web screen share and telephone in an efficient and effective manner

· Evaluate, trouble-shoot, log and follow-up on client training and client issues

· During training and technical support sessions, engage clients in conversations to uncover client needs, in order to grow the business. While you will not be directly responsible for selling, you must have a keen interest in the growth of the company. This can not be understated.

You must be keenly aware of how your role in client training and technical support is directly related to client retention and business growth.

· Understand how client training needs will vary from client to client and from individual to individual. Employ our training plans that to meet the needs of the individual or company.

· Use Wordpress to work on website development and SEO

· Test new products and services for internal company use and for possible client solutions

- Document processes and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

· You have an enthusiastic, team approach to helping clients and growing the business

· You have experience with technology, customer service and client training

· You feel comfortable speaking on the phone or giving a video presentation, engaging clients in friendly conversations, whether it be for providing technical support, training or customer service, from the perspective of retaining clients and growing the business

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including proper spelling and grammar are essential. You must be good at taking notes. You can show examples of documentation that you have created.

· Excellent organizational skills, the ability to work quickly, under pressure, understand priorities and manage multiple priorities are essential

· Excellent time management skills. You are efficient in accomplishing tasks, while always paying attention to the big picture. You accomplish tasks with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment.

· Excellent project management and technical skills. You don't let projects timelines slide. You adapt quickly to learning new technology.

OTHER INFORMATION

· We will provide training to the successful candidate on a continual basis, however the successful candidate must be technically inclined, have experience training clients, demonstrate knowledge of technical aptitude and site examples of the ability to pay attention to details

· This is a full-time, permanent position, therefore only candidates need apply who are serious about a long term commitment.

· You’ll be required to work M-F, 9-5:30 and travel to our office located in Scarborough on a daily basis, near Hwy 401 / Midland Avenue, so a local candidate is a must. This is not a work from home position.

· This is a casual dress environment

Pay: $46,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
