Salonkee is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead the recruitment process from A-Z, Your main target will be the hiring of Software Developers for the Headquarters in Luxembourg. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be crucial in attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top talent for the organisation. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

What will you be doing:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including proactive sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment branding initiatives for the regions

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels and platforms such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates. Leverage innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates

  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

  • Interviewing and Selection: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings. Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Advise and guide hiring managers throughout the selection process

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate effective talent acquisition processes.


What we are looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role, preferably in the technical field/

  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview assessment methods

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

  • Fluency in English and German is a requirement for this role

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
