We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have a new opportunity for a Field Maintenance Fitter - Underground Mining to join our South Island Mining Services Team in Macrae’s Mine.

The role will operate on an 7/7 roster and reporting to the Orica Supervisor, the Field Maintenance Fitter will provide breakdown technical support and field support maintenance for all of Orica’s mobile plant at the Macraes’ Mine site. This role will provide first level on-site support to operator level roles for a single customer operated Hypercharge™Drive delivery system, also work with HcD technician on more complex problem solving, training and maintenance requirements. Additionally, this role also fulfils Orica’s duties and ensure’ s HCD maintenance is completed to the agreed service level.
