Perform all production activities at various stages under GMP environment and to work as a team to achieve production targets in compliance with cGMP, quality and safety requirements.
Execute production tasks and ensures shift target and high product quality are achieved
1) Perform production task in compliance to SOP, GMP/GDP requirements and HSE regulatory requirements.
2) To ensure good 5S standard and HSE compliance in SP operation, escalate to Superintendent for any potential near miss.
3) To ensure good internal and external audit outcome.
4) To ensure BRFT% with minimum GDP errors from batch record review.
5) To suggest and execute Kaizen initiative yearly
