Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technicien CNC to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with CNC programming, as well as proficiency in operating CNC machinery. This role is essential for ensuring precision and quality in our production processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Duties

• Operate and set up CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
• Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls, ensuring accurate execution of designs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and SolidWorks models to determine machining requirements.
• Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for machining tasks.
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and calipers for precise assembly and machining tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with welding tasks as needed during the assembly process.

Experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on CNC machining.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and operation of CNC lathes and milling machines is required.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks, CAD software, and blueprint reading is essential.
• Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various hand tools, power tools, and calipers.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts will be beneficial for this role.
