Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Technology Sales Associates to join our team. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain professional experience, develop new skills, and grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential customers in Canada, the United States, and other target markets.
  • Build prospect lists across industries such as utilities, transportation, facilities, government, manufacturing, and real estate.
  • Conduct LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain communication records.
  • Support scheduling of discovery calls and sales meetings.
  • Track opportunities, contacts, and follow-up activities.

Bid Management & RFP Support

  • Search for relevant public and private sector opportunities, RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and vendor registration portals.
  • Review bid documents and summarize key requirements, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and submission steps.
  • Coordinate proposal inputs, company profiles, certifications, references, and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting RFP responses, partner forms, and vendor registrations.
  • Maintain a tracker for active bids, deadlines, status, and next steps.

Marketing & Event Support

  • Help organize webinars, customer sessions, LinkedIn events, and technology awareness sessions.
  • Support event planning, invitations, registration tracking, follow-ups, and post-event communication.
  • Assist in promoting TechnoVITY’s services, YouTube channels, website resources, and solution offerings.
  • Help create basic outreach messages, campaign lists, and event summaries.

Sales Operations

  • Maintain CRM-style tracking of leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare weekly sales activity reports.
  • Support partner-related activities with IBM, Red Hat, distributors, and industry networks.
  • Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and customer account research.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English , French language skills are preferred but not required.
  • Interest in technology sales, enterprise software, cloud, AI, or business development.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, web research, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track deadlines.
  • Ability to write clear outreach messages and professional business communication.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Eligibility

  • Experience with B2B sales, lead generation, inside sales, proposal support, or customer outreach.
  • Familiarity with RFPs, government tenders, vendor portals, or bid submissions.
  • Knowledge of IBM Maximo, IBM TRIRIGA / MREF, Red Hat OpenShift, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software is an asset but not required.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email campaign tools is a plus.
  • Background in business, marketing, technology, engineering, or sales is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
