We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to reach out to potential parents and students, explaining our educational programs and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads.
- Explain course details, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Follow up with interested candidates and schedule counseling sessions.
- Maintain call logs and report daily progress.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female candidates preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam, Tamil, and English is required.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
