Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele-Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our range of products, and scheduling Meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database provided.
Explain our Product pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
Follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Schedule Meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain records of calls and client interactions in CRM tools.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
