Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to communicate with prospective students and customers, provide information about our programs and services, and support the lead follow-up process. The role involves making outbound calls, handling enquiries, maintaining lead records, and coordinating with the relevant teams.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers from assigned leads.
• Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, programs, and services.
• Understand the requirements and interests of prospective students and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with leads through calls and other approved communication channels.
• Schedule counselling sessions, meetings, or appointments when required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Coordinate with the counselling, admissions, and business development teams for further follow-up.
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally.
• Meet assigned call and follow-up targets.
• Share regular updates on lead status and follow-up activities with the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
• Good listening and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with targets and manage multiple leads.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or a related role is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
