We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele caller to engage leads, pitch our SaaS products, and schedule product demos. This is a hybrid role — you’ll primarily work from home, with occasional visits to the office for training, meetings, or reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential leads to introduce and promote our SaaS product.
  • Understand customer needs and align product benefits accordingly.
  • Schedule demo calls for the product team.
  • Follow up with leads via call, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Update CRM with all lead activity and call notes.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly call/demo targets.

✅ Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of telecalling, inside sales, or B2B calling experience (preferably in SaaS or IT services).
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software.
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional office reporting.
  • Self-driven and result-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
