We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele caller to engage leads, pitch our SaaS products, and schedule product demos. This is a hybrid role — you’ll primarily work from home, with occasional visits to the office for training, meetings, or reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential leads to introduce and promote our SaaS product.
- Understand customer needs and align product benefits accordingly.
- Schedule demo calls for the product team.
- Follow up with leads via call, email, and WhatsApp.
- Update CRM with all lead activity and call notes.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call/demo targets.
✅ Requirements:
- 1–3 years of telecalling, inside sales, or B2B calling experience (preferably in SaaS or IT services).
- Fluent in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus).
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software.
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional office reporting.
- Self-driven and result-oriented mindset.
