Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Telecaller Executive to work remotely and generate qualified leads through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Promote financial products such as personal loans, business loans, credit cards, etc.

Generate leads and schedule callbacks or meetings for the sales team.

Record call details and update lead information accurately in CRM/Excel.

Follow up with interested leads consistently to convert them into customers.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex cases.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Basic computer and smartphone handling skills.

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Target-driven mindset.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month + Attractive Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
