Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele-Advisor to join our Motor Insurance Sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using our CRM system, understanding their motor insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment,

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to leads from the CRM to promote and sell motor insurance products.
  • Understand individual customer needs and recommend suitable insurance options.
  • Follow up with potential clients to close sales and manage policy renewals.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer interactions and data in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and benefits to ensure clarity.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve queries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies during the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance sales (motor insurance preferred).
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing leads and customer interactions.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products, particularly motor insurance.
  • Educational Qualification: Any degree or diploma.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
  • Additional education or certification in sales or insurance is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent & proficient in Malayalam

  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Awareness of insurance industry standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
