Job description Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will reach potential students, promote our products/services, and assist with inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential and existing Students.  Provide information about services and answer queries.

 Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in our database.

 Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

 Achieve individual and team targets. Qualifications:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service is a plus.

 Ability to work independently and in a team.

 Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
