Job Title: Tele-caller / Counsellor
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in the Education sector
(For tele-calling: minimum 1 year experience acceptable)
Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Counsellors/Tele-callers to guide students and parents regarding various educational programs. The role requires excellent communication, strong convincing skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on educational programs and career options.
- Provide clear information to students and parents about courses.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, including cold calling.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into walk-ins and admissions.
- Explain fee structures and program details.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up sheets, and daily reporting.
- Generate references from existing students.
- Meet monthly admission and follow-up targets.
- Resolve queries and clarify doubts of students and parents.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation / Post-Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Education sector (Counsellor role).
- Strong communication & convincing skills.
- Target-driven, active, and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle pressure and take initiative.
- Good telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹24,343.00 - ₹28,767.00 per month
Work Location: In person
