Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective students and working professionals from the leads database.
• Provide detailed information about various IT training programs (e.g., Data Analyst, Data Science, Full Stack Development, Business Analyst, Software Testing, etc.).
• Counsel students based on their interests, background, and career goals.
• Follow up consistently with interested candidates to close admissions.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by building rapport and trust.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Assist in coordinating demo sessions, webinars, and walk-ins.
• Handle objections professionally and resolve queries effectively.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for conversions and outreach.
• Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams for seamless communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, etc.)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and at least one regional language (preferred: Hindi/Marathi/Tamil/Telugu depending on location).
• Confident, persuasive, and empathetic counseling approach.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in EdTech, counseling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
