Tele Sales Representative– Australian Process | International Outbound Sales Experience Required

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently document and manage leads using Excel to achieve a top-tier conversion rate.
• Engage with homeowners and business owners (leads provided) to understand their needs and provide customized solar solutions.
• Schedule site inspections as required.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Stay informed on market trends and customer insights to tailor your sales strategies and stay ahead in a dynamic market.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international outbound sales (experience in the Australian solar market is a plus).
• Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and achieve success.

Compensation: Base pay + commission pay + yearly bonus
