We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telecaller to join our team onsite. The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone, promoting our products/services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services.
- Answer incoming customer calls to address queries or provide information.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer details using company tools/systems.
- Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Provide feedback and insights on customer interactions to improve processes.
- Address customer grievances with a problem-solving approach.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language, if applicable].
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer rejections calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and basic CRM software.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and email).
