Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and confident Telecaller who can handle inbound and outbound calls, generate interest in our digital marketing services and training programs, and maintain accurate lead reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to digital marketing training and service leads.
- Conduct cold calling to generate interest and qualify inquiries.
- Provide clear and accurate information about services and offerings.
- Maintain and update lead data, call logs, and daily reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure high conversion rates.
- Share daily feedback and insights with the sales and marketing team.
- Achieve targets and earn incentives as per company norms.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data management.
- Strong follow-up and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
