Job Description
We are seeking a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the blue grey collar industry and will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates for job opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities
- Gather information about candidate's skills and experience
- Schedule interviews with qualified candidates for further evaluation
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions in the database
- Provide feedback on candidate suitability to the recruitment team
- Assist in coordinating interviews and follow-up communication with candidates
- Update job postings and assist in sourcing candidates as needed

- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in recruiting or telemarketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
