Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
• Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.
• Schedule appointments and support field executives with leads.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure quality communication.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an added advantage.
• Basic computer and phone handling knowledge.
