Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential international clients to promote our graphic design services.
• Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about our offerings, pricing, and project processes.
• Understand client requirements and match them with our services to create tailored solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor services, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
• Background or interest in graphic design, branding, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral or polished accent for international calling.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
