We are looking for an experienced Tele caller / Tele-Sales Executive for a work-from-home or Onsite (hybrid), commission-based role.

Compensation (Pure Commission)

• 10% commission on bookings up to ₹50,000
• 12% commission on ₹50,001 – ₹1,00,000
• 15% commission on bookings above ₹1,00,000

Important (Must Read)

• No fixed salary
• Commission paid only on confirmed & paid bookings
• No commission on cancellations or refunds
• Company-provided leads (no cold data)

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to potential clients
• Explain company services clearly
• Close deals and coordinate with founder
• Maintain basic call/lead updates

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in tele

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
