Location: GMS Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join Looks Salon Academy. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students, promoting professional beauty and salon training courses, generating admissions, and handling student enquiries through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential students and explain available courses.
• Promote academy courses and generate admission enquiries.
• Understand students' interests and guide them towards suitable courses.
• Explain course details, benefits, fees, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with interested leads to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Handle incoming enquiries and resolve basic queries.
• Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission targets.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident and persuasive communication.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to handle objections and convince potential students.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
