Job description:


Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Lead Executive to generate leads, pitch property details to clients, and forward qualified opportunities to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/cold calls to potential clients using provided data.

  • Understand client requirements and provide relevant property information.

  • Pitch property details as per client queries and highlight key features.

  • Generate and qualify leads, forwarding high-potential opportunities to the concerned sales head.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to understand client needs and match them with suitable properties.

  • Basic knowledge of real estate market and property trends is a plus.

  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.
