Telecaller – Real Estate (Vasai)

We are hiring Telecallers / Pre-Sales Executives for our real estate projects in Vasai–Thane-Kalyan-Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

• Call fresh leads and explain project details
• Fix site visits (walk-ins)
• Be present at the site whenever a client arrives for the visit
• Coordinate with sales team for smooth site experience
• Daily follow-up with clients
• Maintain CRM App
• Share brochures, videos, and location details
• Push for revisit confirmation and closure support

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Experience in Real Estate Must/ Telecalling preferred
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Must stay in or near Vasai–Virar–Naigaon

Salary:

₹15,000 per month

• Incentives:
• On Selling of 1BED ₹5,000
• On Selling of 2BED ₹10,000
• Special Growth Benefit: After successfully achieving 10 bookings, you will receive an immediate 50% salary hike.
