Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates/customers and explain our services/programs
• Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with leads
• Maintain daily call and follow-up records
• Convert leads into registrations/admissions
• Achieve daily and monthly calling/conversion targets
• Build positive relationships with prospects
• Coordinate with the internal team for successful conversions

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support or related roles
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Good Tamil and English communication skills preferred
• Target-oriented and confident personality
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge is an advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
