Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive for our NBFC
operations. Candidates with experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) will be given
preference. However, candidates with experience in other loan tele-sales profiles such as
Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Gold Loan, or any
secured/unsecured loan products are also encouraged to apply.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for promoting Loan Against Property (LAP) and other loan products
- Generate quality leads through tele-calling and convert prospects into customers by effectively communicating product benefits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products matching their financial needs
- Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and calling metrics as assigned by management
- Follow up with interested prospects through multiple touchpoints to ensure loan application completion
- Coordinate with field sales teams and loan processing teams for smooth customer onboarding
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally while maintaining excellent customer service
- Stay updated with current loan schemes, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements
- Conduct need analysis and qualify leads based on eligibility parameters before forwarding to the sales team
- Maintain high standards of compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Generate daily and weekly reports on calling activity, lead generation, and conversion ratios
