Telemarketing Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of generating interest in our products and services.
• Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers, tailoring your pitch to meet their needs.
• Engage in technical sales discussions, providing detailed information about products as needed.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasion and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team focused on achieving sales targets.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer information and follow-ups.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
