Telesales Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Telesales Administrator to join our team in

Innovative Brands, based in Ashbourne, Co. Meath.

The role manages the daily operations of processing business to business customer sales orders

by phone, email & online software’s & subsequent billing admin.

Sales Admin:

• Make scheduled inbound & outbound sales calls to an assigned customer base

• Manage high-volume B2B accounts with a focus on upselling & cross-selling product lines

• Input and confirm fast-paced orders accurately leveraging the various company systems such as MS NAV, Whatsapp for Business, Central Email Accounts & Online Customer Portals

• Confirm picked orders, post invoices in system & print paperwork for next day deliveries.

• Process card payments received during the ordering process.

General:

• Primarily responsible for all inbound calls to the office from customers and internal staff

• Coordinate with purchasing & warehouse teams on stock availability and delivery dates

• Assist accounts team on any queries related to customer’s orders.

• Returning Driver daily check in - check paperwork against route sheets to ensure all documentation is signed/returned, returns are signed off by warehouse & payments received have all required paperwork.

• Maintain daily filing systems (electronic and physical)

Key Skills & Experience Desired:

• Prior B2B telesales or account management experience, ideally within FMCG, food service, or retail.

• Confident telephone manner to deliver the highest quality of customer service, buildin rapport with the customer base through strong active listening and persuasion skills.

• Proficient with order-processing on an active customer list and work under pressure to meet cut-off times.

• Ability to collaborate with the wider team in a fast-moving environment.

• Highly motivated with strong verbal & written communication skills

• Full training will be provided on all systems
