Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our US Insurance Process team. The role involves handling ACA & Medicare campaigns, engaging with customers over calls, generating qualified leads, and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US customers regarding ACA and Medicare insurance plans.

Generate leads, explain policy benefits, and assist customers in selecting suitable plans.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain quality and compliance standards as per process requirements.

Update call records and ensure accurate data entry.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / HSC or above.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & understanding).

Prior experience in US Insurance, BPO, or sales process preferred (Freshers with good communication are welcome).

Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).

Target-oriented and sales-driven attitude.
