Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain Sun Shaper Energy’s solar products and services
• Generate leads and schedule site visits/appointments for the sales team
• Explain the benefits of solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of telecalling or sales (freshers can apply)
• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
• Basic computer knowledge

Experience

• Fresher or 1–2 years of telecalling/sales experience preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
