Teller

Keys Federal Credit Union is hiring a full time teller to join our Key Plaza branch team.

Being a teller at Keys Federal Credit Union is more than just banking transactions; it's building relationships founded on service, integrity and trust. Working on the front line, our Tellers play an instrumental role in being the "frontline" of our credit union and playing a fundamental role in helping our member reaching their financial dreams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct dozens of credit union routine transactions accurately and efficiently (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals etc.)
• Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, member loyalty and satisfaction
• Communicate with different types of people
• Manage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses
• Help find solutions to our members' issues and provide relevant information
• Talk to our members about credit union products and services.
• Comply with regulatory requirements

As a teller, the ideal candidate has:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience
• One year of cash handling experience
• Excellent 10-key skills
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers and team mates at all times
• Enjoys being part of a team and has the ability to work as a team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic PC knowledge
• Bilingual/Spanish/Creole/Russian helpful, but not required
