Job description

EBS William St. are currently recruiting for the role of Teller / Mortgage Administrator.

We are looking for a customer focused individual who will work to ensure our customers have an excellent experience in their interaction with EBS William St.

Key skills are the ability to interact with others in a busy environment and to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately handle cash transactions and reconcile daily balances.
  • Assist customers with the setup and management of Direct Debits and Standing Orders.
  • Manage filing and scanning of customer correspondence and documentation in line with compliance requirements.
  • Provide clear, accurate information to customers on products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support experienced mortgage advisors with new business applications through to full mortgage approval.
  • Actively contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Experience & Skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • QFA and/or APA qualification, or experience in a similar financial services role, is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
