Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
• Contact customers to promote interior design, furniture, office furniture, and steel fabrication products.
• Follow up with existing customers regarding quotations, orders, and business enquiries.
• Explain company products and services to customers over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain customer databases and daily calling reports.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
• Follow up with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Odia, and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry.
• Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
• Freshers can also apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.

Salary

Negotiable based on skills and experience.
