Responsibilities of the Temp CDP

• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to manage daily kitchen operations efficiently.
• Prepare and craft exquisite dishes that meet high standards of quality and presentation.
• Contribute to seasonal menu development, integrating current culinary trends.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations while maintaining a tidy kitchen workspace.
• Guide and assist junior kitchen team members to foster a collaborative and dynamic work atmosphere.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CDP or a similar position in a lively dining setting.
• In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and team-working abilities.
• Possession of a Level 2 Hygiene Certificate is essential.
