Key Responsibilities of the Temp CDP

• Work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to maintain the venue's excellent standards.
• Assist in developing and executing menu items that reflect seasonal produce and popular trends.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Support and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications for the CDP Role

• Proven experience as a CDP or similar role in a busy dining environment.
• Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Level 2 Hygiene Certificate is required.
