Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Bookkeeper / Administrative Clerk
Location: 60A McGriskin Road, Scarborough, ON M1S 5C5 (Sheppard Ave & McCowan Rd)
Employment Type: Temporary Part-Time (Short-Term Contract)
Start Date: March 18, 2026
End Date: April 17, 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4–6 hours per day (flexible within business hours)
Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Part-Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Clerk to join our team for a short-term assignment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to provide essential support during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
· Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end procedures
· Process payroll and prepare related reports
· Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
· Assist with other accounting and office tasks as required
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role
· Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Reliable and punctual, with a professional demeanor
