A leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Tender/Bid Coordinator to support the preparation and submission of competitive bids and prequalification documents for major infrastructure projects across the water, wastewater, utilities, marine and civil engineering sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, bids, PQQs and proposals.
Collect technical, commercial, environmental, quality and H&S information from internal teams.
Prepare, format, proofread and compile tender documentation.
Monitor tender requirements, deadlines and submission schedules.
Maintain company CVs, project experience, case studies, policies and supporting information.
Manage and maintain tender templates and content libraries.
Upload and submit tender documentation through electronic procurement portals.
Ensure all submissions meet client instructions and procurement requirements.
Liaise with estimating, commercial, engineering and project teams.
Support improvements to tendering and bid-management processes.
Essential / preferred experience
3+ years of experience in administration, tender administration, document control, bid support, or a similar role.
Experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, water/wastewater, utilities, marine, or professional services is highly relevant.
Experience preparing or supporting tenders, bids, proposals, PQQs, RFQs or procurement submissions.
Strong document management and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and submissions at the same time.
Pay: €39,793.15-€87,815.61 per year
