*Tender cum Accountant* with *6+ months of work experience* required in a *government contracting firm* based out of *Bandra (BKC), Mumbai*
JD:
- *Manage and prepare tender documents* , including EMD submissions, bid preparation, and online/offline tender filing (on portals like PWD, BMC, etc.)
- *Handle basic accounting and bookkeeping entries* (vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.)
* Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams for documentation and compliance
- *Liaise with government departments for tender clarification, submission, and post-tender activities*
- Visit government offices sometimes when required for submission or follow-up of tenders
- *Maintain a database of active tenders, deadlines, and submission statuses*
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain proper filing of tender and accounting records
- *Assist Directors in day-to-day operations, coordination, and follow-ups*
Salary up to *Rs 18,000 per month* (can be increased slightly)
