We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender / Bid Management Executive to support tender preparation and bid management activities. The role requires coordination, cost evaluation support, and ensuring compliance with customer and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
- Monitoring of the bid management process to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
- Cost and price calculations for tenders
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines, ensuring adherence to customer frameworks
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in tendering or bid management processes
- Good coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
