Key Responsibilities1. Proactive Tender Sourcing & Portal Management

• Paid Portal Monitoring: Use Tender Tiger and etc as the primary tool to identify, track, and shortlist high-value opportunities before they become mainstream.
• Government Portal Expert: Manage end-to-end electronic submissions on:
• CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal) & eProcurement (etenders.gov.in)
• GeM (Government e-Marketplace) – L1 bidding and custom bids.
• Specialized Portals: TN Tenders, IREPS (Railways), Defence eProcurement, and BHEL eProcurement.
• Digital Governance: Manage Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), portal registrations, and vendor empanelment.

2. Strategic Reporting & Win/Loss Analysis

• Tender Performance Reports: Prepare monthly "Tender Statements" summarizing all bids won, lost, and pending.
• Win Analysis: For every successful bid, document the Winning Strategy (e.g., pricing optimization, technical superiority, or client-specific value adds) to create a "Success Playbook."
• Loss Root-Cause Analysis: For unsuccessful bids, conduct a deep-dive analysis to identify specific reasons (Price, Technical Specs, Competitor Strategy).
• Corrective Action: Proactively suggest changes to avoid repeating past failures, ensuring continuous improvement in our bid-to-win ratio.

3. Documentation & Technical Coordination

• Prepare error-free technical and commercial bid documents.
• Coordinate with the instrumentation and automation teams to ensure BOQ (Bill of Quantities) accuracy.
• Manage EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and Bank Guarantee (BG) workflows and follow up for timely refunds.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with instrumentation and automation products is highly preferred.
• Analytical Mindset: Must be able to read between the lines of a tender document to spot risks and advantages.
• Platform Proficiency: Expert in Tender Tiger, MS Excel (for price comparisons), and all major Indian e-tendering portals.
• Reporting: Proven ability to create professional PowerPoint/Excel reports for senior management.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
