Exciting Opportunity at JC Green (Jonny Chronic) in Greater Vancouver Area.

Ready to grow your career at the forefront of the cannabis industry? We are currently on the lookout for 1 dynamic, driven individual to join our thriving team, reporting into the Regional Sales Manager.

About Us

JC Green, based out of Thorndale, ON is a family founded and operated LP with a focus on giving back to our local community, helping develop the next generation of cannabis cultivators and farmers, and of course produce the best value craft flower the market has seen. Under the Jonny Chronic brand, we continue to grow into new markets while broadening our overall portfolio of flower, pre-rolls and extracts (vapes, infused pre-rolls). We are accomplishing this through effective planning and preparation, in store education, fostering strong relationships, and solution creation with our customers.

About the Role

As our Greater Vancouver Area Territory Executive, you'll play a key role in our "we can do that" operation.

* Effectively managing and growing the Jonny Chronic portfolio within our retail partner stores

* Executing sales initiatives and contributing to our high-performing culture

* Leading new business development within your territory and 'keeping your finger on the pulse'

* Collaborating with JC Green team to implement effective trade marketing solutions

* Delivering highly impactful product knowledge sessions to budtenders in store

* Effectively managing and tracking objectives, achievements, challenges through our robust CRM tool

About You

* You are a professional and courteous team player who is results-driven, highly organized, and strategically minded

* You are also self-motivated and enthusiastic about seizing the opportunity to make a difference in the Canadian cannabis space

* You are a culture champion

What You Bring

* B2B sales and cannabis experience an asset

* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

* Strong communication skills and proven negotiation abilities

* CRM system expertise and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite an asset

* Located in Greater Vancouver/Burnaby/New Westminster areas

* Clean drivers abstract, a personal vehicle, understanding role is a territory throughout Greater Vancouver area

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
